How do I format the manuscript for submission? 

 

Hey Shriya,

Here is a website that explains how to format a manuscript using the Shunn method (by William Shunn). This is the most commonly accepted one.

Remember that for this contest all the submissions must be anonymous. So, don't put your name, address, email, or phone number on the first page (or any page), and don't put your last name in the header on any of the pages, and check your file's meta-data also, to make sure it doesn't have your name listed as the "author" -- I believe lots of folks submit in .rtf in order to avoid that.
