I've got a PM here on the forums that I tried to send, but it's in my outbox. I assume this means it has not sent to the individual I was attempting to contact. However, it shows as "Sent Oct 31." The weird thing is, when I click into my sent items folder, it does not appear there. So did it send? Did it not send? If it did not send, how do I get it to send? Should I start from scratch? I don't want to bug the person I'm trying to contact, but I do want to send my message.
I am very confused. Any ideas?

It likely means they haven't seen it.
When the forum was working, a PM would trigger an e-mail to the person, and they would come and check. Now, it doesn't. So the only way they'd know it was there would be to look up top at the (0 new messages) and see (1 new messages) which doesn't always catch people's eye.
I keep posting in another thread whenever I send a PM.
Like this:
I recently sent a PM to LAIR and to DUSTAN MOON.
But they haven't seen them yet. Or haven't logged on for a while, etc.
I suppose I could contact them via FB...
