Jason’s tech support tip regarding how your name displays.
The forum has three names:
• Username (Login) – Being used for forum authorization (login, sign-in) action - This only can be changed by admin. (PM me if need help.)
• Display Name – Other users and guests see in user profile details and next to user posts (post author name).
• Nickname – Unique name which is used when quoting another post. It also makes this nickname a link directly to the person’s profile page. (To be honest, I wish it was just set up to use the display name in all places, but that is not what developers decided to do.)
The good news is you have control to change these names.
Under My Profile > Account page and change the “nickname” to match your display name or if you like another similar one.

Wanted to mention in regards to changing the user name that I have found a way to merge old accounts.
If anyone created a duplicate account to change their user name you can PM me and I will help you.
