Okay, so on the updated system I have three options to display these badges that are part of rating system.

I am curious to get take some votes on this from users.

@jason I did like having the post count, but if that’s not an option anymore, I vote for the far left version with the stars.

I agree with David on this one. I like the post count and the one on the left.

I just got confirmation from wpForo they are adding the function back in to have the number of posts show.

Didn't say how long, but stated, "We'll add it in the simplified layout template files in the upcoming version."

Sorry for any interruption if you saw the forum down. Due to server error we had to reboot, but all is back up and running fine now.

As a note looks like wpForo did a little update on the usage of quoting posts. There is now a little link to go to the original post when you quote someone. In typing field you will see:

{quote data-userid="XXXXX" data-postid="XXXXX"}

ORIGINAL POST TEXT HERE...

{/quote}

You then type under it you new post and when this goes live you will see a very small blue arrow to link to the original post.

Here is a picture so you can see the little blue arrow. This is not retroactive, so only looks to work on new posts.

wpForo just released an update today, which was done. Let me know if anyone see anything odd, but all looks good on my end.

@jason - all looks good to me. And the new arrows on quotes are awesome!

When I click on recent posts it goes to the top of the page of the post which means I have to scroll down to the post.

In the past it took me to the actual post.

After the update there was another patch released, so I just updated this. Let me know if that fixed the issue please. Thanks.

Forum just updated to Version 2.1.6. If anyone has any issues from this update let me know, but all looks good on my end.

Why, when I log in, does it take me to a wordpress page to ask me what 5+9 is?

It asked me this the other day, but on the actual log in screen. That time it was read only and just let me log in anyway. Hasn't asked again until today. This time I could actually answer it, though it was on a separate page with a wordpress url.

My numbers were 2+9. That's the first time I saw that. Like you pdblake, it let me log on anyway.

I've had the same thing intermittently for almost a week now. Sometimes it says "prove your humanity" and then the equation and other times just the equation.

Thank you all for the feedback. I will look into this. The good thing is that it is letting out in. My guess is that the software used to ensure we don't have Bots entering needs updating or there is a minor conflict with the the update of WPForo. Will see what I can find.

Looks like I have isolated the issue and updated this with a proper reCAPTCHA so that we can prevent the bots from creating accounts. Let me know if anyone has any issues getting in.

Odd, okay I thought I handled that as let me dive back into it. At least it is not stopping you from getting in... 

@jason I think it's just rendering but not actually functional. Bit odd.
