Here is exciting news from one of your brethren. Just in case you did not know, Analog is a big deal. It is straight SF and the largest
magazine of the sort. The December cover (see below) is beautiful and it so happens that the art is by none other than our
Illustrators of the Future judge Bob Eggleton. On top of that, a writers of the Future judge - Kristine Kathryn Rusch's name also
graces the cover.

Tim is also credited as being one of the originators of the Steampunk sub genre of Science Fiction. He'll be talking to us about Secret Histories: Blending the real and the fictional in our works.

Newsflash --- Wal-Mart has just ordered Writers of the Future
Volume XXVII. We will have the distribution list from them in
about a week and I'll let you all know. This is great news!
Why? Because Wal-Mart sells more books than ALL of the
bookstore chains combined! This is great exposure for
our winners!!!
