The 16th Annual Awards Ceremony was held on Friday, 15 Sep 2000 at the L. Ron Hubbard Gallery at Author Services, Inc. in Hollywood, California. Winners from the contest year 1 Oct 1998 to 30 Sep 1999 attended. Both the Writers and Illustrators workshops were held at Author Services, Inc.
