The 15th Annual Awards Ceremony was held on Friday, 24 Sep 1999 at the L. Ron Hubbard Gallery at Author Services, Inc. in Hollywood, California. Winners from the contest year 1 Oct 1997 to 30 Sep 1998 attended. Both the Writers and Illustrators workshops were held at Author Services, Inc. The publisher did the cover for L. Ron Hubbard Presents Writers of the Future Vol XV released at the event.
