| Writer
Grand Prize winner, Dylan Otto Krider (center), with actress Denise Duff and judge Hal Clement. |
Dylan was born in Jelm, Wyoming, a small town consisting of ten people, and
personally increased the population ten percent.
He has lived in many states since, and currently resides in Texas with
his lovely wife, Sandy, an attorney at Edwards & George.
Dylan now works as the Night & Day Editor of the Houston Press, and occasionally does freelance articles and interviews for magazines. With Writers of the Future, Dylan has now won most of the major amateur fiction contests (including the Asimov Award and Star Trek: Strange New Worlds), and needs to seriously hunker down and start publishing professionally. To that end, he has just completed a novel that he is shopping for an agent. More information can be found at his web site: www.dylanottokrider.com
